Tank started playing music at the age of 8. He played a variety of instruments in all the school bands. He has also played for The Baltimore Colts' Marching Band. He has been in and out of many "basement bands" playing a variety of music; anywhere from bluegrass to heavy metal to country. He has been inspired by the sounds of Flatt & Scruggs, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, George Jones and Travis Tritt. His main instrument is now the guitar. He and Dave teamed-up in May of 1998 and it seems to be a match made in heaven. Dave's contemporary style and Tank's brash style seem to complement each other.
